Fall of Berlin Wall

(November, 9 1989)
On the night of Thursday 9 to Friday, November 10, following radio and television ads, thousands of East Berliners arrive at the crossing points to move to the West. Under pressure, the various crossing points will be open during the night and parts of the wall to be shot.

Kristallnacht

(November, 9 1938)
Following the assassination of Ernst vom Rath, a secretary of the German Embassy in Paris by a Polish Jew of German origin, Adof Hitler ordered a pogrom against the Jews. Overnight and one day, the security organs of the Third Reich destroyed and jerk Jewish sites. Hundreds of Jews were murdered.
