Accepted June 8, 2013 at the hospital in Pretoria for pulmonary infection, former South African President Nelson Mandela born 18 July 1918 in Mvezo, died at the age of 94 at his home in Johannesburg.
"Madiba" spent 27 years in prison for his fight against racial segregation and apartheid ended in 1991 in South Africa.
